DESCRIPTION OF THE FACILITY AND SURROUNDINGS:
This tastefully furnished flat, located in a modern housing estate on Kołłątaja Street in Kołobrzeg, provides easy access to the commercial and service infrastructure and all the tourist attractions of the city. Kołobrzeg's coastal climate is conducive to regeneration, and the clean air rich in iodine improves health and well-being. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in about 14 minutes' walk. On the way, spend a moment among the greenery in the Aleksander Fredro Park. The surroundings abound in attractions typical of seaside towns. While in Kołobrzeg, it is worth visiting its biggest attractions, such as the pier (2.3 km), the harbour (2.6 km) or the lighthouse (2.6 km). Sailing enthusiasts can reach the Solna Marina - a sailing marina, the Kołobrzeg Maritime Open-Air Museum (with a Cold War-era patrol submarine, an exhibition in the engine room and the possibility to visit the deck) and the Piracy Museum within about 35 minutes' walk. The picturesque location of the flat favours beachcombing and nature walks. For those who appreciate active recreation, the area offers numerous bicycle paths. The flat is located in a well-connected part of Kołobrzeg. In the immediate vicinity of the flat there are numerous shops, restaurants and cafés, which makes everyday shopping and the use of local services extremely convenient. Kolobrzeg is easily accessible by train and the train station is approximately 1.4 km from the apartment.

The modern 35 m² flat can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a living room, a bedroom a kitchenette, a balcony and a bathroom. The interiors are characterised by a unique décor with elements of white and navy blue, high quality furnishings and extraordinary functionality. Our guests will be able to feel extremely comfortable here and have a nice holiday at the Polish seaside. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, which at night turns into a place to sleep for 2 people. A modern TV and Internet access, in the form of WIFI, will provide entertainment for long evenings. The living room is also equipped with a large table and chairs, where you can enjoy meals together in comfort. The kitchenette has all the utensils necessary for cooking and numerous amenities such as a coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. In the bathroom, a shower cabin, washing machine, towels and toiletries for our guests are available. On the furnished balcony you can enjoy a cup of aromatic morning coffee and a positive attitude towards the new day. The flat will be a perfect place to stay during a family trip to Kołobrzeg.
