DESCRIPTION OF THE FACILITY AND SURROUNDINGS:
The flat is located in the unique seaside district Podczele in Kolobrzeg. In a modern investment at ul. Lwowska 10A. The property provides privacy and the possibility to walk in the nearby parks and numerous green areas. There is the famous Ekopark Wschodni (Eastern Ecopark), which offers active leisure in nature, plenty of walking paths and the possibility to observe local nature. The location of the facility is a great asset, as the flat is only one kilometre from a beautiful sandy beach and 1.5 km from the Podczele viewpoint. Not far from the accommodation is also the Kolobrzeg-Babicz airport and the venue of the Sunrise Festival music festival. The surrounding area has a very well-developed commercial and service infrastructure, thanks to which our guests will find everything they need during their stay. Numerous shops and restaurants with excellent cuisine can be found nearby. Shops such as Żabka (350 m) and ABC (250 m) are located here. For dinner, it is worth going to Pizzeria Sorrento (110 m) or Domestic Dinner (180 m). The flat will be ideal for a family stay in Kolobrzeg.

The beautiful flat, designed in a coastal style, has an area of 40 m² and can accommodate 4 people. Its atmospheric interior will provide an excellent atmosphere, and numerous accents alluding to the beach will take you to a unique holiday world. The flat consists of a living room, bedroom kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. The living room has a double sofa bed, a modern TV, a coffee table, a chest of drawers and a table with chairs where you can dine comfortably. There are unique paintings and glowing sea waves on the walls. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, bed linen and a capacious wardrobe. The kitchenette is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances necessary for preparing meals. There are amenities such as a coffee machine, fridge with freezer, microwave and oven. The bathroom has a bathtub, towels and a washing machine. On the furnished balcony, you can enjoy a cup of aromatic morning coffee and have a good start to the new day. WIFI internet access has also been provided in the flat.
