BUILDING AND AREA DESCRIPTION:
This comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is located in Warsaw, in the Praga-Południe district on Afrykańska Street.
The apartment is situated in a peaceful, family-friendly location with a well-developed local infrastructure with the nearest grocery shop 90 m from the apartment. Food lovers will appreciate renowned atmospheric restaurants and cafes on the Francuska Street within a 20-minutes walking distance. Many other interesting restaurants can also be found on the neighboring streets. Despite being close to the city center, this green area is perfect for a family time within nature: the Plażówka Saska beach on the bank of the Wisła river is just 1 km from the apartment. In the neighborhood there is also a playground (220 m) and a large city park (650 m).
The location has very good communication with both the city center and the Old Town. By using the public transport, the downtown can be reached in 20 minutes. The car drive to the Chopin Airport takes about half an hour.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people – perfect for families or group stays. The 50 m² surface is divided into a living room with a double and single sofa bed, two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a single bed), an independent kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The living room has access to a private balcony with garden furniture. The balcony is built in and glazed so that you can enjoy the view of the neighborhood without city noises. The rooms are tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet all your needs during your stay. Multimedia include a flat-screen TV and free access to a Wi-Fi Internet network. Bathroom and kitchen appliances, such as a microwave, a hair-dryer and ironing facilities, make the apartment self-sufficient. For a good beginning of every stay, complimentary cosmetics set, towels, and bed linen are provided.
