This modern apartment is located on the 4th floor and has the capacity to accommodate 5 people - an ideal choice for a family getaway or a group of friends. The highly functional 56,5 m² space consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet and a utility room. The living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. Another unquestionable advantage is access to a furnished balcony - the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or relax after a day of sightseeing. The cozy bedrooms offer very comfortable places to sleep, and one of the rooms also has a desk with a chair, so guests working remotely will be able to take care of business duties in comfort. A wide range of amenities and comprehensive furnishing of the apartment with necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories and equipment guarantees a comfortable stay.
