  • Can a minor make a reservation?

    Reservations can only be made by an adult; minors must be accompanied by a guardian during their entire stay.

    Reservations can be paid for online using your chosen method (including card, bank transfer, Google Pay, Blik, Apple Pay). Due to self-check-in, it is not possible to pay on site.

  • How do I receive the keys to the apartment?

    All details can be found in the check-in instructions, which will be sent by email the day before your planned arrival for fully paid reservations.

  • If the building in which the apartment is located provides other services, e.g. gym, spa, swimming pool - the Guest may use them for an additional fee paid on site to the entities providing these services.

    Reservations can be paid online using your chosen method (e.g. card, bank transfer).

  • Can a friend or extended family member pay for my reservation?

    You can transfer your reservation from any bank account number. Remember to include your reservation number in the payment title.

  • How long do I have to pay for my reservation? Do I have to pay the entire amount at once?

    Payment terms are specified in the booking regulations.

  • My card was declined, how can I pay for my reservations?

    If your card has been declined, you will receive an email notification with an alternative form of payment.

  • Why was my card declined?

    The most common reasons for a declined transaction are set transaction limits or lack of funds.

  • Can I cancel my reservation, where can I find the cancellation policy?

    Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your planned stay. If you cancel later, you will lose the reservation fee.

  • How is the apartment equipped and what amenities does it have?

    All apartments are fully equipped. Check the detailed equipment and facilities for each apartment in its description during the booking process.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Most of our properties are pet-friendly. Each stay with a pet must be reported during the booking process or by contacting us (additional fees may apply). In the case of staying in an apartment with a pet without prior notification - contractual penalties apply according to the regulations.

  • Does the apartment include bed linen and towels?

    Bed linen and towels are standard equipment in all apartments on offer.

  • Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

    No. All our apartments are strictly non-smoking. Guests who do not comply with this rule will be subject to a contractual penalty.

  • Nie. We wszystkich apartamentach obowiązuje zakaz organizowania imprez. Należy przestrzegać godzin ciszy nocnej oraz uszanować komfort innych. Goście którzy nie będą przestrzegać tej zasady zostaną ukarani karą umowną oraz dodatkowo ponoszą koszty mandatów karych, które mogą zostać wystawione przez Staż Miejską/Policję za zakłócanie ogólnego porządku lub ciszy nocnej.

  • I left something in the room, how can I get my property back?

    Tak. Jeżeli Gość życzy sobie otrzymania faktury, zobowiązany jest do przesłania danych oraz numeru rezerwacji drogą mailową.
